Rockwell Collins declares regular quarterly dividend

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (January 19, 2010) - The Board of Directors of Rockwell Collins (NYSE: COL) has declared a quarterly dividend of 24 cents per share on its common stock, payable March 8, 2010, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 15, 2010.
